The Safe Haven
Deluxe (Beyond F5 Rated) |
Strongest safe room in the industry. Full 1/4" plate steel,
1/4 thick 2"x2" square tubing is used for our reinforcement
of walls and ceiling. This unit is capable of supporting
over 120,000 lbs stacked on top of it (about 25 cars). This
door uses Medeco commercial grade class 1 stainless steel
deadbolts and 3/4 cold rolled pins inside to hold it secure
for the storm, but also acts like a vault or storage cabinet
for valuables or firearms. This unit is bullet resistant to
all class 1 handguns and shotguns.
Sizes available: 4'x6', 4'x8', 6'x6', 6'x8', 8'x8', 8'x10'.

The Save Haven
Standard Unit (F5 Rated) |
This is an F5 rated unit. It still has the 1/4" plate steel
door with the same safety features as the deluxe unit,
except that it uses 3/4" cold rolled pins to lock the door
from the inside, instead of the dead bolts. The inside of
the unit still uses the 2"x2" square tubing 1/4" thick every
2' fir bracing. The skin is 3/16" thick but has the same
reinforcement as the deluxe.
Sizes available: 4'x6', 4'x8', 6'x6', 6'x8'. Custom sizes

Shelters include FEMA approved standards, heavy gauge steel
construction, in-ground installation in concrete, bench
seating on 3 sides, special rust resistant primer and
painted interior, primed exterior with 2 coats of cold tar
epoxy, fiber glassed and double welded seams by certified
welders, 2 low-profile 6" steel air vents with welded caps,
gas piston shock to assist with opening the door, quarter
inch steel floor, 2 handrails along the stairway for safety,
3 quick-locking inside door latches, and 3/4 inch inlet for
electrical, cable and phone.
